Pagos de la Sonsierra 08 is the result of work that begins with the selection of the oldest vines on the estate and continues through an ageing of 16 months in Bordeaux casks and over two years in the bottle.
The result is an elegant, refined, complex and very long wine; it is an intense bright ruby red. In the nose: there are hints of clean, powerful flavours with a touch of spice and a suggestion of noble woods.
