Located to the south-east of San Vicente de la Sonsierra, a small vegetal universe which one of the highest-quality vineyards of Bodegas Sonsierra sinks its roots into. In this 8000-metre square we find old vines and different varieties of grapes: tempranillo, viura, malvasía… José Luis takes special care of this plot every day of the year and knows perfectly how to protect it from roe deer and rabbits, as well as the vegetative cycle of each one of his vines. He also comments that he has very high hopes for this grape harvest, very good quality grapes thanks to recent rainfall, this vineyard will manage to maintain its humidity until the harvest.
