TASTING WITH SONSIERRA. RESTAURANT: CASA TONI. SAN VICENTE DE LA SONSIERRA

At the moment we’re harvesting our plots of Tempranillo Blanco, so we’d like to take this chance to share this video filmed a few weeks ago at the restaurant Casa Toni. That’s where we went for the perfect pairing, the restaurant’s star dish: marinated sardines stuffed with herring roe with anchovy ice cream and our Sonsierra Tempranillo Blanco 2016.
