For the last few weeks we have cleaned the ice from the vines in order to promote the sprouting of blind buds and we have also watered the areas where this was possible.
Almost one month after this tragic freeze, we can say that we are very optimistic. Vines are tough, rustic plants… and at the moment we can see that life is weaving its way.
They are currently starting to sprout blind buds vigorously which makes it possible for us to continue ensuring production and quality in all wines from Bodegas Sonsierra.
